What is the difference between the serial number and activation code?

When installing the product, you enter the serial number and activation code. The serial number is a four to ten-digit number and the activation code is 58 characters, which includes a combination of letters and numbers. The activation code is case sensitive, so it must be entered exactly as it appears on the packing slip with the system.

How do I get rid of an Evaluation code?

Evaluation codes are removed using the System>Activate License>Evaluation tab. You must have a valid activation code on the Owned tab to continue to function without the evaluation code.

How do I enter a new Activation code?

Enter a new activation code using the System>Activate License>Owned tab. Once you have entered the new code, the list of Owned modules should be updated.

How do I add a new module?

New modules are added to an organization using Organization>Add a Module. Most modules will add new tables inside your organization database. Keep in mind that some modules require you to reinstall the workstations where they will be used to get the appropriate application files (for example Payroll).
