How can I change the entry order of my segments?

The order of the segments that appear on transaction entry forms can be changed using the Organization>Organization Information>Segments tab. The sequence numbers listed represent the order of the segments from left to right (smallest number to largest number) on all transaction entry forms.

How can I add a segment?

Segments may not be added to an existing database through the user interface. Contact the Professional Services Group to discuss the feasibility and cost of adding a segment or create a new organization.

How do I prevent Online Posting?

Online Posting can be turned off using the Organization>Organization Preferences>Processing tab. Set the processing mode to Batch if you want to prevent Online Posting.
