Find Reviews

Modules>COI>Reviews>Find Reviews

Reviews can be located by using the List Review group item link or the Query Review group item link.

The List - Questionnaire Review page displays a list of saved Questionnaire Reviews. Click the GoTo icon to open the Edit - Review page.

The Query Review group item link allows you to build a query to search for specific Questionnaire Reviews that have been saved.

Finding a Review

  1. To search for Reviews already in your association's database, go to Modules>COI>Reviews Find Review. The Find - Review page opens.
  2. For a more specific search, click the Advanced View check box. Expanded Boolean search options appear for each search criteria field. Use these search options to narrow your search results further.
  3. Click Go. A list of search results displays in the Find - Review page. If only one result comes of the search, the Edit page for that result opens.

Note: The more specific you make search criteria, the narrower the results returned will be. A search for reviewers beginning with "T" returns more results than a search for reviewers beginning with "Tay".

Find vs. Query

Most Finds and Queries in netFORUM are run in CRM. The Find page is setup with a pre-defined set of columns (fields) versus a Query which allows you to select from any column in the search Table.
