Payments

A Payment is the part of a transaction where the customer submits the information necessary to transfer funds to the selling organization. Use the topics in this section to learn about Payments and the Payment Profile.

To navigate to the Payment Profile, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>CRM>Payments>Find, List, Query, or Add Payment.
  2. Select a payment record to open the Payment Profile page.
