Assignment Profile

An Assignment is a task given to an individual, organization, or group of individuals, typically as part of their job or as part of a Customer Request. Examples of Assignments include sending membership or billing information, making a follow up or thank you phone call, scheduling a meeting, and confirming travel. Adding an assignment creates the Assignment Profile.
