Invoices Child Form

The invoices child form lists all of the invoices for the Accreditation Area.

Invoices Child Form

You see the following columns on the invoices child form:

Column	Description
Invoice Number	Displays the invoice number for the course registration.
Customer	Displays the full name of the individual or organization that is the customer making the purchase.
Batch	Displays the batch used during payment.
Proforma	Displays Y or N. Y if this is a proforma invoice. N if this is not a proforma invoice.
Open	Displays Y or N: Y if the invoice is still open, N if the invoice is paid in full and closed.
Date	Displays the date the invoice was paid.

Invoices Grandchild Form

When you click the folder icon in the child form, you see the following columns in the grandchild form:

Column	Description
Product	Displays the name of the product that the customer bought.
Quantity	Displays the number of products bought.
Returned	Displays the total dollar amount returned.
Price	Displays the dollar amount for each product
Date	Displays the date the invoice was paid.
Shipped	Displays Y or N: Y if the product was shipped, N if the product was not shipped.
Paid in Full	Displays Y or N: Y if the product was paid in full, N if the product was not paid in full.

Invoices Great Grandchild Form

When you click the folder icon in the grandchild form, you see the following columns in the great grandchild form:

Column	Description
Trx Number	Displays the tracking number.
Pay Date	Displays the date the invoice was paid.
Posted	Displays Y or N: Y if the payment was posted, N if the payment wasn't posted.
Payment Method	Displays the method used to make the payment.
Payment Reference	Displays the reference number for the payment.
Payment Amount	Displays the dollar amount of the payment.

Child Form Icons

		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
