Find Survey Team
Use Find Survey Team to search for Survey Teams already in your database. Survey Team information is stored in the database by the fields completed in the Add-Accreditation Survey Team page. When using the Find - Accreditation Survey Team page, you search for a desired Survey Team using information stored in the database via these fields. Search results viewed on the List – Accreditation Survey Team page display in columns, and each column of search results corresponds to a data field. Only a limited, pre-defined set of columns pertaining to Survey Teams are available to you on the Find – Accreditation Survey Team page.
Find
- To search for Accreditation Survey Teams already in your association's database, go to Modules>Accreditation>Survey Team>Find Survey Team . The Find - Accreditation Survey Team page opens.
- For a more specific search, click the Advanced View check box. Expanded Boolean search options appear for each search criteria field. Use these search options to narrow your search results further.
- Click Go. A list of search results displays in the List - Accreditation Survey Team page. If only one result comes of the search, the edit page for that result opens.
Note: The more specific you make search criteria, the narrower the results returned will be. A search for a Survey Team Description beginning with "F" returns more results than a search for a Survey Team Description beginning with "Full." And a search for a Survey Team Description beginning with "T" returns more results than a search for an Add User and a Last Name beginning with "T."
Find vs. Query
Most Finds and Queries in NetForum are run in CRM. The Find page is setup with a pre-defined set of columns (fields) versus a Query which allows you to select from any column in the search Table.
