Add Award Judge

Add an existing individual as a Judge record to your database when you would like to designate this individual as a judge for a stage or round of an award. There are three information sections on the Add - Award Judge page:

  • General Judge Information
  • Contact Information
  • Judge Information

To add an Award Judge, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Awards>Judges>Add Award Judge. The Add Award Judge page opens.
  2. Enter the information in the fields of the General Judge Information section as described in the table below:

    nameRequiredType the first few letters of the Individual's last name to see a list of matches. Or click the look up icon to see a list of individuals.
    bio informationOptionalType information about this judge that you want displayed.
  3. Enter the information in the fields of the Contact Information Section as described in the table below. Address, phone, fax and email automatically fill in with data from CRM when you select the judge's name.

  4. Enter the information in the optional confirmation status and area of specialty fields of the Judge Information Section as described below:
    • confirmation status: Select a status from the drop-down list.
    • area of specialty: Enter the individual's area of specialty that qualifies him or her to be a judge.
  5. Click the Save button to add the award judge to the Award Profile and go to the Award Judges profile page. Click the Cancel button to return to the previous page without saving your changes.

On the Add Award Judge page, you see icons that perform actions when you click them. They are:

edit icon to open an edit page for that field.
add icon to add a new record for that field.
look up icon to see a list of individuals, customers, or other appropriate person records select the record you want to return to the wizard. The fields are populated with the person's information.
