Address Hold
Use the Address Hold functionality to hold or keep a customer's mail for a specified period of time.
Example: A customer wants to have their mail held (not delivered) for a period of time while they are on vacation or moving or holding a mail returned undeliverable until the address can be verified and updated.
If mail needs to be held for an extended period of time on an annual basis, use the Seasonal Address functionality.
