Calls/Tasks

The calls/tasks child form displays a list of extra tasks (or calls) related to this assignment and tracks their progress.

A Task is added from the calls/tasks child form on the profile page. Tasks are linked to the request action setup and represent further details of the action you took to complete or fulfill the assignment or request .

  1. Expand the calls/tasks child form.
  2. Click the Add icon.
  3. The Add - Task/Call window displays.
  4. The User (assignee) will automatically populate and not be editable.
  5. Required fields include:
    • action (the further details taken to complete the request)
    • activity
    • status
    • priority
    • summary
  6. Other fields include: due date, remind date, call type, and details.

  7. Click the Save button.
  8. The information is displayed in the calls/tasks child form.
