Assignments

An Assignment is A piece of work given to an individual, organization, or group of individuals, typically as part of their job or as they relate to a Customer Request.

Examples of Assignments include sending membership or billing information, making a follow up or thank you phone call, scheduling a meeting, confirming travel.

An Assignment can be given to Individuals or Groups within an organization or customers or as it relates to a specific customer or customer Customer Request. Assigning a Task relating to a customer request can be done in the Requests or Assignments group items.
