Fax via RealMagnet

RealMagnet is a third-party tool that is fully integrated with NetForum to provide the functionality to create email and fax blasts from NetForum.

Sending a Fax from the Individual Profile

The Fax via Real Magnet option is in the Edit Profile Menu bar of the Individual Profile page.

Note: Ensure that you have a valid Fax number(s) before sending your message.

To send a fax from the Individual Profile, use the following steps:

1. On the Individual profile, click Edit profile menu bar to expand.
2. Select the Fax via RealMagnet option.



3. Select a message from the Select Message drop-down list.
4. Select the Send check box(es) in the recipients section.
5. Select a Fax Resolution.
6. Click the Send Fax button.

The Fax in Progress and Fax Sent Successfully pages will display.

Note: The Fax via Real Magnet link will display in the Edit profile menu list whether Real Magnet is enabled or not.

Important! You will not be able to use this functionality if you do not have a Real Magnet username/password enabled and set up correctly.
