The process name appears in the process field.

Field Name Required? Description
action Required

Select the name of the action from the drop-down list.

Click the edit icon to edit the selected action.

Note: Keep in mind that if this action has already been applied to a case, these changes will also appear under that case the next time it is viewed. Use caution when making changes.

Click the add icon to add a new action.

sort order Required Enter a number to indicate where on the list of process steps this action should go. For example, the first step could be sorted as 1, the second as 2, and so on. To allow room between actions you should specify a sorting order in intervals. For example, using intervals of ten, your sorting order would be 10 for step 1, 20 for step 2, and so on. This space allows you to return to the process and insert new actions between existing actions.
tickle days Required Enter a number to indicate the number of days from task creation a user has to complete the task. If the action should be completed by the expiration of three days, enter 3 in the tickle days field. For example, if the case is entered and the first step created on 12/15, the due date for that step will be 12/15 plus the indicated number of tickle days. When the first step is completed and the next step is created, on 12/18, for example, the due date for the next step will be 12/18 plus the indicated number of tickle days.
next action Optional

Select the name of the next action in the workflow from the drop-down list. You may also add the next action under the actions child form on the Case Workflow Process Profile screen.

Note: Keep in mind that if this action has already been applied to a case, these changes will also appear under that case the next time it is viewed. Use caution when making changes.
