Change Log Child Form

Modules>Certification > Certificant > Find, Query, or Add Certificant > Individual Certificants Profile > Log Tab > change log child form

Use the change log to track changes in values made to the Certificant's program. For example, you can see when a certificant's status changes from enrolled to certified.

Child Form Icons

You might see some of the following icons on the ceu credits child form:

Classic UI	Current UI
		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.

Change Log Child Form

Column	Description
Field	Displays the name of the changed field.
Current Value	Displays the value currently in the field.
Previous Value	Displays the value that was in the field before the change.
Changed by	Displays the NetForum user name of the user who made the change.
Change Date	Displays the date the change was made.
