Communicating with Committee Members

NetForum enables you to send mass correspondence emails to your committee members by using the Communicate link found on the Committee Profile page.

Communicating with Committee Members

To communicate with committee members, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Committee Profile.
2. Click the Edit menu and then click the Communicate link from the displayed menu.



3. The Send Committee Correspondence page appears.

For communications with over 500 recipients you must create a Call to Action.

The system option, enableSendEmail, must be enabled to send bulk e-mail and confirmation e-mail messages. If this system option is disabled, bulk e-mail messages will not be sent. For security reasons, the default setting for this system option is disabled.
