Add Tracks or Sessions from the Events Registrant Profile

You can add a Session or Track to an existing registration using two different methods:

  1. the track/session icon in Centralized Order Entry.
  2. the Add Tracks/Sessions icon on the Actions Bar of the Events Registrant Profile page.

Example: The following are scenarios for adding Sessions or Tracks to an existing registration. An individual forgets to register for a session after the fact, their schedule has cleared and they can now attend a session in that event, they were not sure which sessions they could attend at the time of registration but wanted to ensure a place in the main event, etc.

This functionality is not available for an Organization on the COE - Order Form. Though a group registration is typically done for an organization, each "slot" in the event is assigned to an individual.

To add a Surveyor, use the following steps:

Adding a Track or Session from COE also gives you the flexibility to add other items to an order for that Individual.

Tip: When using this COE form, go to the Individual's Events Registrant Profile page to view which tracks/sessions they have already registered for to avoid duplication. This information is not listed in COE.

To Add a Session/Track to an Existing Registration from COE:

  1. Go to an Individual Profile page and select the invoice icon on the Actions Bar. The Centralized Order Entry - Order form opens.
  2. Click the Select Product drop-down list and click the track/session icon. The Centralized Order Entry - Event Track/Session Registration form opens.
  3. Select an event from the Pick an Existing Registration drop-down list (only events that the individual has already registered for will display in the list).
  4. The Tracks and Sessions information for the selected eventpopulate in their respective sections on the form.
  5. Select the appropriate tracks and/or sessions, click one of the Save button options to save your changes and return to the Centralized Order Entry form. Complete the remaining, applicable steps on the COE form.

Adding from the Registrants Profile

To Add a Session/Track to an Existing Registration from the Registrants Profile:

  1. Go to the Events Registrant Profile page and select the Add Tracks/Sessions icon on the Actions Bar.
  2. The Registration Form is similar to the Individual Registration form without the Event Fees being displayed.
  3. Select the appropriate tracks and/or sessions and enter the Invoice and Payment Information.
  4. Click Save.

When Adding a Session to an Existing Registration, both registration forms inform you when a session has a Wait-List in the Sessions section, Comments column of that line item record.
