Find Pledge Renewal Process

Use Find Pledge Renewal Process to search for Pledge Renewal Tasks already in your database. Pledge Renewal Task information is stored in the database by the fields completed in the Add - Pledge Renewal Task process. When using the Find – Pledge Renewal Task form, you search for a desired Pledge Renewal Task using information stored in the database via these fields. Search results viewed on the List – Pledge Renewal Task page display in columns, and each column of search results corresponds to a data field. Only a limited, pre-defined set of columns pertaining to Pledge Renewal Tasks is available to you on the Find – Pledge Renewal Task page.

Find Pledge Renewal Process

  1. To search for Pledge Renewal Tasks already in your association's database, go to Modules>Fundraising>Pledge Renewal Process> Find - Pledge Renewal Process. The Find - Pledge Renewal Task page opens.
  2. For a more specific search, click the Advanced View check box. Expanded Boolean search options appear for each search criteria field. Use these search options to narrow your search results further.
  3. Click Go. A list of search results displays in the List - Pledge Renewal Task page. If only one result comes of the search, the profile page for that result opens.

Note: The more specific you make search criteria, the narrower your results will be. Searching for an Renewal Code beginning with "2" will return more results than searching for a Renewal Code beginning with "2015." Searching for all records with an Add User starting with a "T" will produce more results than searching for an Add User starting with a "T" along with a Renewal Code.
