Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Association	Required	Choose the specified association you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Group Option	Required	Choose the specified group option you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Summary/Detail	Required	Choose Summary or Detail from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Chapter	Lists the chapter name.
Due Dt/Exp Dt.	Lists the due date/expire date.
#Due	Lists the number due.
#Renewed	Lists the number renewed.
#Lapsed	Lists the number lapsed.
Retention Rate	Lists the retention rate percentage.
Churn	Lists the churn rate percentage.
Record Indicator Explanations	Lists the record indicator explanations.
Name	Lists the member name.
Term Expiration	Lists the term expiration date.
Renewed?	Lists whether or not renewed.
Lapsed?	Lists whether or not lapsed.
Record Indicator	Lists the record indicator.
