Use this system option to specify the GUID primary key of the default correspondence template for a Customer Request. This template is sent only if the user does not choose another template. If this system option is empty,NetForum sends a hard coded message from the C# code that has a subject "Request #<<number>>" and message "Thank you for contacting us. Your request is currently being processed." The default for this option is 9421d3e7-704f-4add-b52d-9e32378967c5.
Current Setting
The current setting for ContactRequestDefaultCorrespondenceTemplateGuid is used as follows:
Values: This system option can be set to any valid GUID of a correspondence template for a Customer Request.
Default Value: 9421d3e7-704f-4add-b52d-9e32378967c5
