Use this system option to specify whether NetForum updates all the affected related mailing label records on Save, or whether NetForum starts one or more scheduled tasks when you modify an Organization's address or name.
For example, if this system option is set to 50, and there are fewer than 50 related mailing label records to update, then NetForum does that update as soon as you click the Save button. If there are 50 or more linked records that require updating, then NetForum creates and starts a Scheduled Task called, ScheduledTasks.UpdateMailingLabelsForRelatedIndividuals, that will update all of the linked Individuals' mailing labels as a background task.
Current Setting
The current setting for UpdateRelatedIndividualMailingLabelsTaskThreshold is used as follows:
Values: This system option can be set to any number of linked records to update when a user clicks Save after updating Organization contact information.
Note: This value directly affects the time needed to save an Organization address update. If you increase this number, the system will Save more slowly. To disable this feature, set this number high, for instance 50,000.
Default Value: 50
Fields

Description: This field gives the description of the system option, including its use and default value.
Important! Do not modify the following fields after the system option is first created. Changing these fields after they have been used can invalidate existing data.
Category: This field sets the category (usually the module) where the system option is used.
Type: The Type field determines the display type of the Current setting field (check box, drop-down list, or text box).
Values: The values field indicates the allowed values for the Current setting field.

Each system option includes the following availability settings:
Entity Level Option?: Select this check box to make this system option available on an entity level.
Visible To External Systems?: Select this check box to make this system option available in xWeb.
