Add a Survey Scope

Add a survey scope when you want to associate a single scope with the number of days it takes to complete the survey and with the number of surveyors required for this scope of survey.

To Add a Survey Scope record, use the following steps

  1. Go to Modules>Accreditation>Overview>Accreditation Setup>Survey Tab>survey scope child form.
  2. Click the Add button. The Add-Accreditation Survey Scope page opens.
  3. Fill in the fields according to the table below:

    survey scope description Required Enter a friendly name for the survey scope.
    number of days Required Enter a number for the days this scope of survey will take.
    number of surveyorsRequired Enter the number of people required to conduct a survey of this scope.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Accreditation Setup page. The newly added Survey Scope is now visible on the survey scope child form and appears in the appropriate drop-down menus in the interface. Click the Cancel button to return to the Accreditation Setup page without saving your changes.
