Add Event Products

Add an Event Product when you want to associate a Product in netFORUM with an Event that has been set up in netFORUM.

To add an Event Product, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Events>More. . .>Find Event Products>Add Event Product. The Add Events Products page opens.
  2. Select the Event you want to add the Product to.
  3. Use one of the two following methods to search for the Product which will be associated with the Event.
    • Enter information in the product name field. As you enter information in the search field, a pop-up window with a list of events with matching information opens. As you continue to add characters in the search field, events which no longer match the information in the search field are eliminated from the list.
    • Click the Look-Up button next to the product name field. The List - Merchandise page opens.
  4. Select the Product to add to the Event.
  5. Click Save to save the product and stay on the Add - Events Products page. Click Cancel to stay on the Add - Events Products page without saving your changes.

Note: There must be a unique price code for each price associated with a product or registration. Setting multiple prices without unique price codes can cause unexpected results in eWeb.
