Add Room Setup Items

Add a Room Setup Item to track items which need to be supplied to rooms in which events are taking place.

Example: Podium, Whiteboard, Table, Chairs

To add a room setup item, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Events>More. . .>Find Room Setup Items>Add Room Setup Items. The Add - Room Setup Items page opens.
  2. Select a setup category.
  3. Enter a setup code.
  4. Enter a setup description. (Optional)
  5. Enter an estimated unit cost. (Optional)
  6. Click Save to save the room setup item and return to the previous page. Click Cancel to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
