The Accounting Details child form lists invoice information.

Accounting Details Child Form Information

The accounting details child form displays a list of details about the invoice that created this gift. You see the following columns on the accounting details child form:

Column Description
Transaction Number Displays the number of the transaction that created this gift.
Add user Displays the netFORUM user who entered this transaction.
Batch Displays the full name of the batch used to process this gift.
Proforma Displays nothing if the invoice is not proforma. Displays a check mark when the invoice is proforma.
Batch Closed Displays nothing if the batch is still open. Displays a check mark when the batch is closed.
Date Displays the date of the transaction that created this gift.

Accounting Details Grandchild Form

When you click the folder icon in the child form, you see the following columns in the grandchild form:

Column Description
Product Displays the product code.
Price Displays the amount charged for the product.
Quantity Displays the number of products bought.
Total Displays the total charged for this product.
Payment Displays the total paid for this product.
Returned Displays the amount returned.
Canceled Displays the amount canceled.
Paid In Full Displays Yes if the constituent has paid the total amount charged. Displays No if the constituent has paid less than the total amount charged.

  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
