An Advertiser Contact is an individual who acts as a contact for the advertiser. Add an advertiser contact when a new individual steps forward as a contact for an advertising organization or department.

Field Name | Required | Description |
---|---|---|
contact | Required | Enter the first few letters of the individual's last name and select your contact from the list of matches or click the look up |
relationship type | Required | Select the relationship type from the drop-down list. |
address | Required | Once you enter a contact, the address field populates with the contact's primary address. If the contact has more than one address, you can select a different address from the drop-down list. |
phone, fax, email | Optional | Once you enter a contact, the field populates with the contact's primary information. If the contact has more than one phone, fax, or email, you can select a different value from the drop-down list. |

look up icon to see a list of individuals, click the individual you want to return to the wizard. The fields are populated with the individual's information. |
