Add Advertisement Size

Add an advertisement size when you want to make a new size option available in the ad size drop-down list and associate it to a rate card category.

This topic covers using the Add-Advertisement Size page to add a size option.

Adding a Size

  1. Modules>Advertising>Overview>Advertising Setup>Rate Card Tab>size setup child form . Click the Add button. The Add-Advertisement Size page opens.
  2. Fill in the fields according to the table below:

    size description Required Enter a size description in letters or numbers. The character limit is 20.
    width Optional

    Enter a number for the width, your association determines the units.

    height Optional Enter a number for the height, your association determines the units.
    display sort order Required Enter a number to specify the order in which the sizes appear in the drop-down list.
    rate card category Required Select a rate card category from the drop-down list to associate the size with the rate card category.
  3. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Advertisement Setup page. The newly added Advertisement Size is now visible on the size setup child form and appears in the appropriate drop-down menus in the interface. Click the Cancel button to return to the Advertisement Setup page without saving your changes.
