Manually Adding an Individual to a Request

If the data source or audience did not capture the individuals you wish to receive the Request, you can manually add them from the request sent to individuals child form.

To manually add an individual to a Request, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>COI>Requests>Find, Query, or Add Requests>Request Profile.
  2. Click the Add icon located on the request sent to individuals child form.

    The Add - Individual to Mailing List window opens.

  3. Enter the last name of the individual you wish to add in the customer name field.

    A list of individuals matching the search criteria appears. This normally happens automatically, but you may need to click the Search icon to see the list of matching results.

  4. Click the name of the individual you wish to add to the Request.
  5. Expand the pref. comm. meth. drop-down menu and select the preferred communication method for that individual (i.e. email, phone, etc.)
  6. Click the Save button.

    The newly added individual is now visible on the request sent to individuals child form located on the Request Profile page.

    Note: Requests sent to individuals will show up on the coi disclosure requests child form which is located on the COI tab on the Individual Profile.
