Manually Adding a Reviewer to a Request

By default, all Reviewers that have been added to netFORUM that match the participation type and participation code specified in the Request will automatically be assigned as reviewers. However, you can manually add reviewers using the Add icon located on the reviewers child form found on the Request Profile page.

To manually add a Reviewer to a Request, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>COI>Requests>Find, Query, or Add Requests>Request Profile.
  2. Click the Add icon located on the reviewers child form. The Add - Reviewer pop-up window opens.
  3. Enter the first few letters of the last name of the individual you wish to add as a reviewer in the Reviewer field. A list of individuals matching the search criteria you entered appears.
  4. Click the name of the individual you wish to add as a reviewer to this request.
  5. Expand the Participation Type drop-down menu and click the same participation type that was specified for this request.
  6. Expand the Participation Code drop-down menu and click the same participation code that was specified for this request.
  7. Click the Assign All Requests check box to assign all requests of this participation type and participation code to this reviewer.
  8. Click the Save button.

    The reviewers child form will refresh and display the name of the individual you just added as a reviewer to this request.
