Request Profile Child Forms

Modules>COI > Requests > Find, Query, or Add Requests > Request Profile

On child forms, You can see several icons that perform various actions when you click them. They are:

Use This Icon	To Perform This Action
	expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
	goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
	add icon to add a new record to the child form.
	edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
	delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
	grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
	new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
	more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
	linked headings to sort the records.

Request Profile Child Forms

The Request Profile has several child forms available.

The following child forms are visible on the Request Profile:

• request sent to individuals - displays a list of individuals who received this Request. You can also manually add individuals by clicking the Add icon located on this child form.
• reviewers - displays a list of reviewers that match the participation type and participation code of the Request are displayed on this child form. You can also manually add reviewers by clicking the Add icon located on this child form.
• message sent statistics - displays statistics for all messages that have been sent as a part of the messaging job for the Request.
• scheduled messages - displays a list of all scheduled messages for this Request. These statistics include the Date, Time, and Status. You can also edit and delete scheduled messages from this child form.
