Customer Action
Customer Actions are records that store condensed information about other records that occur in NetForum or external systems. Data in this table is used by A-Score, Implicit Interest Codes and other purposes.
Third-party systems can also insert data into this table using xWeb to log various activities that occur in systems external to NetForum.
Generally, you won't manually insert or update records in this area because other activities perform this role.

Q. Can we log Customer Actions without implementing A-Score?
A. Yes. While the A-Score is based on customer actions, the reverse is not true. Customer Actions can be logged even if you don't implement A-Score. You will need to manage Action Types because customer actions have an Action Type field, but you won't need Scoring Scales.
