Copy Event
Save time by using elements of an existing Event to create a new Event.
New Event Information
When you click the Copy Event link on the Add Event page, The New Event Information page opens.
- Fill in the fields as described in the table below:
Field Name Required Description Event Code Required Enter the Event Code for the new Event. Event Name Required Enter the Event Name for the new Event. Copy Contents From this Event Optional Select the existing Event to copy. Copy Sessions/tracks Optional Select this check box to copy the sessions and tracks from the existing Event. Copy Fees Optional Select this check box to copy the fees from the existing Event. Copy Faculty Optional Select this check box to copy the faculty from the existing Event. Copy Location Optional Select this check box to copy the location from the existing Event. Copy Keyword Optional Select this check box to copy the keyword from the existing Event. Copy Abstract Optional Select this check box to copy the abstract from the existing Event. - Click the Start Copy button to copy the event and return to the Event Creation page. Click the Cancel button to lose your changes and return to the Event Creation page.
