Adding or Copying an Event creates an Event Profile. Each Event Profile page has certain features in common, including child forms and the Actions Bar . These features allow you to view a wide range of information on the Event and make necessary changes and updates to the Event information. The Event Profile stores information such as fees, registration data, registrant counts, session and track information, facility, location, staff, volunteer and speaker information, and sponsorship information.

Event Profile Icons and Buttons

There are several icons and buttons that lead you to pop up windows and wizards from the Event Profile. The pop up windows allow you to enter and edit information about the event. They include the following:

Actions Bar

The Actions Bar contains icons that allow you to quickly and easily do the following.

  • Register an individual using the individual registration wizard
  • Register an individual or group for tables or golf groupings using the tables/golf registration wizard
  • Register a group using the group registration wizard
  • Register a group using the quick group registration wizard
  • Add a sponsor by clicking the sponsor icon
  • Search Participants
  • List Registrants
  • Find registrants
  • Set up event specific demographics
  • Add sessions for events that are still far in the future if you want to promote early sessions and marketing materials.
  • Schedule sessions

Note: Depending on the event and the features it has, you may see all of the icons on the Actions Bar or some of the icons.

Child Forms

An Event Profile has a range of child forms that record information related to the event (such as fees, registrants, tracks and sessions, and so on). These child forms are grouped under tabs, which are located under the main information section of the Event Profile.

No more than one child form menu tab can be displayed at a time. Clicking the More tab expands a fly-out menu that lists all available child form categories. A breakdown of all child forms tabs available on the Event Profile appears on the Event Profile Child Forms page.
