Another way to cancel an event registrationis to delete the Proforma Invoice.

Deleting an Event Proforma Invoice

After Deleting an Event Proforma Invoice, the system checks to make sure that the registration can be deleted:

• If the invoice is for the main event and there is another invoice for sessions, you will not be able to delete the invoice for the main event if the sessions require main event registration.
• If the sessions do not require main event registration, you will be able to delete the invoice.
• If the sessions are on the same invoice or there are no sessions, you will be able to delete the invoice.

Deleting an event proforma invoice deletes the entire registration associated with the invoice. No registration or cancellation record will exist for the individual or organization.
