CRM-Exhibitor Wizard

The Exhibitor Wizard differs from the Add — Exhibitor page by allowing you to add Complementary Products and discounts during the Review/Edit step. This wizard is launched from a link on the Organization profile page.

Step 1: Exhibitor Info

The only required information is selecting an exhibit from the exhibit drop-down menu. The Exhibitor information will populate from the Organization Profile page. The icons on the action panel, when set up with products, are existing functionality allowing you to purchase additional booth options.

Step 2: Review/Edit

This step allows you to review billing, shipping, and product information prior to payment. Click the Complementary Products and/or Additional Items drop-lists to add any affiliated products or additional items.

Note: You are able to edit the quantity of a line item while you are completing this step. You cannot, however, modify the quantity of a booth in this step.

Step 3: Payment

The balance due will be $0.00 until a batch is selected from the batch drop-down list.

Select a batch from the batch drop-down list.

Complete the payment information, click Finish.
