Substitute Products

To access Substitute Products, in the Action section in Centralized Order Entry, select the Select Product drop-down list, then select Merchandise, Publications or Subscriptions.

You will be redirected to the appropriate Add Products page in COE. Select a product. The Substitutes drop-down list contains the substitute products child form, listing the available substitute products.
