Award Sponsor List Report

Reports Central: Awards --> Sponsor

This report will list all the sponsors for the award.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Award name	Required	Choose the specified award name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Include Cancelled Sponsors	Optional	When checked, the report results include cancelled sponsors.
Include Closed	Optional	When checked, the report results include closed invoices.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Sponsor Name	Lists the sponsor name.
Address	Lists the sponsor address.
Invoice	Lists the invoice number.
Invoice Total	Lists the invoice total.
Payment	Lists the payments made towards the invoice amount.
Balance	Lists the invoice balance.
Totals	Lists the invoice total for all sponsors for the report.
