Event Name	Required	Choose the specified event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Company	Lists the registrant company name.
Name	Lists the registrant name.
Address	Lists the registrant company address.
Telephone No.	Lists the registrant company telephone number.
Fax No.	Lists the registrant company fax number.
Email Address	Lists the registrant company email address.
Summary	Lists the total number of registrants for the event and for the report.
