Abila netFORUM Pro is a Web-based application for customer relationship management (CRM), membership management, committee management, event management, accounting, e-commerce, e-marketing, and other association management tasks. We hope that online help will help you to get started, learn how to navigate the system, and show you step-by-step how to use netFORUM Pro to its greatest potential.
Online Help
The online help is presented in an HTML5, top navigation format that offers optimized viewing from the desktop, on a tablet, or using a smartphone. Regardless of the device used to access the online help, the Table of Contents and Search features are available to find help on a desired topic.
A Frequently Asked Questions section of Online Help is available to answer questions submitted by our customers to Customer Support.
Training Videos
The Abila netFORUM Pro Training Videos are available inside the online help using a Vimeo format.
New for Abila netFORUM Pro in August, 2017
Tip: Click the hyperlinked topic names to view the full help topic or use the Search tab and related keywords provided for each new topic to find similar topics for more information. Using the related keywords to display related or similar topics is useful for increasing your overall knowledge about a topic.
General Updates
These are the general updates and improvements to netFORUM Pro for August, 2017.
These product enhancements were introduced into netFORUM Pro as a direct result of customer feedback provided through the Ideas portal.
Event and Event Session Fees Display Online by Default
Event fees and event session fees now display in the online shopping cart by default
- For an event, checking the Would you like to take registrations from customers via the web site check box checks the Is this fee available in the online shopping cart? check box under Fee Settings by default.
- For an event session, checking the Sell Online check box checks the Post Online check box under Event - session Fee information by default.
Search by Email Address
Email addresses can now be used to search for individuals and organizations using Super Search, Find Individuals, and Find Organizations
- For Super Search, enter the email address, or the @ symbol with the email address extension, such as @yourcompany.com, in the Super Search field. The results display in Search Results divided by Individual and Organization.
- For Individual, enter the individual email address in the E-Mail Address search field.
- For Organization, enter the organization email address in the E-Mail Address search field.
Search by Customer ID
The Customer ID can now be used to search for individuals and organizations using Super Search
For Super Search, enter the Customer ID, or part of the Customer ID, in the Super Search field. The results display in Search Results divided by Individual and Organization.
User Column Configurations Saved
User column configurations for list views are now saved after the list view has been edited
After you log out the column settings you made will still be available when you log back into netFORUM Pro.
Credit Card ID Now Displays as CVV
When checking out in iWeb and eWeb using credit card payment information, the Credit Card ID field now displays as the CVV field
