How Do I Enter a Customer's Shopping Order?
The Shopping page allows you to select a customer and then "go shopping" for merchandise, publications, subscriptions, memberships, or event registrations.
To enter a shopping order:
- On the CRM Overview page, click Go Shopping.
- On the Shopping page, select a customer by typing the customer's name (or part of the name) in the Customer Name field.
- Click the lookup button
to enter the complete name in the field.
- With the customer selected, click the Go to Shopping button to go to a page where you can select the items for the customer's order.
Tip: You may also go directly to the Individual Profile or Organization Profile of the customer and click the Go Shopping hyperlink from the Actions menu drop-down.
