How Does netFORUM Track Renewals?

Renewing a Membership is a two step process:

  1. Add a payment for the Membership using the Shopping Cart

  2. Run the Membership Renewal Process

Note: In order for the transaction to count as a renewal, you MUST run the Membership Renewal Process.
