This report lists a schedule for rooms of all sessions in a specified period for paid and free events.

| Event Code - Name | Select an Event Code - Name from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Status and Affiliate. |
| From Date | Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report. |
| To Date | Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report. |
