BPA (1-2) Distribution of Non-Qual Circulation Report

This report gives the Non-Qualified circulation by issue for the report period. BPA Paragraph 1 (Average Non-Qualified Circulation) breaks out the non-qualified circulation by following categories (classifications):

• NQA Advertiser or Agency
• NQP Non-Qualified Paid
• NQR Rotated or Occasional
• NQS Samples
• NQO Non-Qualified Other

The above classifications are defined in su_classification table (see BPA) and are captured at the time of invoice creation in Centralized Order Entry (COE).

The report shows records from su_fulfillment table where sfl_trm_qualified_flag is False/0. The classification (category) in this report is pulled from sfl_trm_cla_key. Subscription is considered paid if sfl_ivd_price is not zero.

Subscription	Required	Choose the specified subscription you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
From Date	Required	Choose the specified from date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
To Date	Required	Choose the specified through date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Issue Date	Lists the issue date.
Other Paid Circulation	Lists other paid circulation.
Advertiser Agency	Lists the advertisement agency.
Rotated or Occasional	Lists whether or not the distribution is rotated or occasional.
Trade Shows/Conventions	Lists any trade shows or conventions.
All Other	Lists all other numbers.
Total	Lists the date and report totals.
