User Profile Links (eWeb)

Overview

The User Profile Links section of the My Profile page provides a list of hyperlinks to areas within eWeb that are specific to the logged in user. Clicking on these hyperlinks will take users to a page where they can view or modify information specific to their profile.

Available Links

The headings listed below correspond to the hyperlinks that are available in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile (eWeb) page.

My Profile

My Memberships

Clicking the My Memberships in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Memberships page in eWeb.


The My Memberships section of this page displays all of the memberships the user currently holds, or has held in the past. Memberships that have been paid for and have an active status will show more detailed information. While those memberships that are not currently paid for and active will not. Users also have the option to Rejoin or Renew as applicable.

The My Chapter Memberships section displays the chapter memberships the user currently holds, or has held in the past. Clicking the hyperlinked chapter name will open the Chapter Profile page in eWeb.

My Events

Clicking the My Events hyperlink will open the My Events page in eWeb. This page lists all of the events the user has registered for (current or past events.) Clicking the hyperlinked name of the event will take you to that event's profile page.


My Downloads

Clicking the My Downloads hyperlink will open the My Downloads page in eWeb. This page lists all of the downloadable products you have access to or have had access to in the past. The Invoice # is hyperlinked and will take you to the invoice profile for this transaction. Clicking the hyperlinked Purpose name will open the Product Details page in eWeb.

This page also displays the price of the item, the date it was purchased as well as how many days are left for the user to download the item and how many downloads are left for the item. Clicking the Download icon will download the product to the user's device.


My Discount Programs

Clicking the My Discount Programs hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Discount Programs page in eWeb.

This page displays a listing of all discount programs a user has access to as well as any discount program coupons available.


My Donations

Clicking the My Donations hyperlink opens the My Gifts and Donations page in eWeb. This page lists all of the gifts and donations that have been made by the user. The items on this page are solely read-only.


My Chapters

Clicking the My Chapters hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Chapters page. This page lists all of the chapters the user belongs to as well as any positions they hold within that chapter.

Clicking the hyperlinked chapter name will take you to that chapters profile page on eWeb.


My Committees

Clicking the My Committees hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Committees page.

This page displays a list of all committees a user belongs to as well as their position and start and end dates.

Clicking the hyperlinked committee name will open the profile page for that committee on eWeb.


My Education Credit

Clicking the My Education Credit hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Education Credit page. This page lists all self-reported credits as well as credits reported from other sources.


Adding an Education Credit

To add an education credit from the My Educational Credit page, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the +Add Credits button.

    This will open the Add - Self Report Credit pop-up window.

  2. Expand the Credit Type drop-down menu and select the type of credit being entered.

  3. Expand the Program Code drop-down menu and select the program where the credit was earned.

  4. Enter the name of the program if it is being self-reported.

  5. Enter the number of credits earned in the Number of Credits field.

  6. Enter the date the credits were earned in the Activity Date field.

  7. Enter the name of the course (if applicable) where the credits were earned in the Course field.

  8. Enter information about that course in the Course Details field.

  9. Click the Save button.

    The newly entered credits will appear in the Self Reported Credits section of the page.


My Expertise

Clicking the My Expertise hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Expertise page. This page allows users to list their areas of expertise.


Adding a New Area of Expertise

To add an area of expertise to the My Expertise page, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the + Add New button located on the My Expertise page.

    This will open the Add - Individual Areas of Expertise pop-up window.

    Expand the Expertise category drop-down menu and choose the category of expertise you wish to add to your profile.

    If any sub-categories have been set-up within the expertise category, they will appear in the Sub-categories menu.

  2. Click the sub-category you wish to add (if applicable.)

  3. Click the Save button.

    The newly added area of expertise will now be listed on the My Expertise page.

    Clicking the Edit button next to an area of expertise will open the Edit - Individual Areas of Expertise pop-up window where you can make any changes necessary by following the same steps outlined above for choosing a category and/or sub-category.

Note: Categories and Sub-Categories are setup in the CRM Module.

My Interests

Clicking the My Interests hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Interests page. This page displays all of the interest codes that have been entered in the CRM module. Users can check the check box next to the interests that pertain to them and click the Save button to have those selections saved to their profile.


My Saved Payment Info

Clicking the My Saved Payment Info hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Saved Credit Cards, Bank Information and Installments page in eWeb. This page will show a user's saved credit cards, saved bank account information, and any installment payments that have been set up with a saved credit card.


Editing My Saved Credit Cards

To edit your saved credit card information, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Edit button located in the My Saved Credit Cards section of the page.

    This will open the Update Card page. You will notice, the only information you can update on this page is the Expiration Date of the card.

  2. Expand the Expiration Date drop-down menu and select the new expiration date for the saved credit card.

  3. Click the Update Info button.

    This will update the expiration date and it will now be visible in the My Saved Credit Cards section of the page.


Editing My Installments with Saved Cards

Users can edit their installment orders paid with a saved card from the My Saved Payment Information page on eWeb.

To edit My Installments with Saved Cards, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the hyperlinked order number of the order you wish to modify in the My Installments with Saved Credit Cards section of the My Saved Credit Cards, Bank Information, and Installments page.

    This opens the Update Payment Information page.

  2. Expand the Card/Account drop-down menu to see the list of saved payment information for the logged in account.

  3. Click the new payment method you wish to use for future installments of this order.


  4. Click the Save button.

    The new payment information is now displayed on the Order Information page.

My Orders

Clicking the My Orders hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the My Orders page in eWeb. This page displays all orders for a user.

Clicking the hyperlinked Order Code will take you that order's profile page in eWeb.

My Communication Preferences

Clicking the My Communication Preferences hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page opens the Communication Preferences page. Here you can set your preferences to the various types of communications you may receive.

Change My Password

Clicking the Change My Password hyperlink in the User Profile Links section of the My Profile page will open the Change Password page. Users can change their eWeb password on this page.
