Important! This method is deprecated. Abila recommends using the WEBIndividualInsert web method which is more powerful and easier to use than NewIndividualInformation. Although the NewIndividualInformation web method is not planned for removal because of the legacy applications that use it, any new applications should use WEBIndividualInsert.
NewIndividualInformation adds a new Individual to netFORUM. This method was replaced by WebIndividualInsert.
