Introducing the Payroll Module

The Payroll module provides the full-featured payroll processing and reporting necessary to manage today's payroll needs.

With the Payroll module, you can define how to track types of payments, benefits, deductions, and leave time for each employee. Get started by Setting Up the Payroll Module.

Save time with Payroll tools

Create a default timesheet for your employees, which allows entry of all applicable payroll codes and regular earnings for each employee.

Payroll Processing Groups allow the production of payrolls divided by processing cycle, department, program, or other type of grouping.

Powerful reporting capabilities

The Payroll module provides reporting for internal controls, federal, state, and other withholding tax reports. Or, create custom reports of your own to suit your reporting needs.

Available with the Payroll module: Direct Deposit for employees

If you have the Payroll module, you have the option to install the Direct Deposit module as well. The Direct Deposit module allows employees to choose how and where their direct deposits are posted—to a single account in a single bank, or to multiple accounts in multiple banks. Employees set the monetary amounts or percentages of their paychecks for deposit distribution. See Introducing the Direct Deposit Module for more information.
