Using Centralized Order Entry provides order confirmation by either email or fax.
COE Order Form Confirmation Checkboxes
Clicking the send by email checkbox will send a confirmation email to the primary email on file for an individual's account. Selecting this check box will also open the bcc confirmation email field.
The bcc confirmation email field allows an additional email address to be "blind" copied on the confirmation email.

Selecting the send by fax checkbox delivers the confirmation to the primary fax number that was set up on the individual profile.
