Using the WealthEngine

WealthEngine is a third-party, prospect-research application that assists organizations in maximizing their fundraising return on investment.

netFORUM uses the following WealthEngine components:

• WebConnect
• ProspectLink
• FindWealth Screening Services

WealthEngine Icon

Within netFORUM, you will notice the WealthEngine icon on the Constituent Profile page.

Clicking the WealthEngine icon opens the WealthEngine Web site.

WealthEngine Child Form

At the bottom of the Constituent Profile is a Major Giving tab that will allow you to see the Wealthengine child form, which gives a snapshot of the constituent's WealthEngine profile. This data is pulled in from WealthEngine.

To view the WealthEngine child form, click the More link located at the bottom of the Constituent Profile and choose the Major Giving tab.

Open the WealthEngine option to view the WealthEngine child form. The click here link opens the WealthEngine WebConnect component.

Click the down arrow to expand the WealthEngine child form completely to see the WealthEngine snapshot for the constituent you are viewing. For complete information, see the WealthEngine Child Form help topic.

Viewing WealthEngine Information for a Constituent

The WealthEngine child form allows you to see WealthEngine information for a specific constituent.

Clicking the values in the following columns will display the WealthEngine Details for pop-up window:

• Edit icon - opens the WealthEngine Details pop-up for the constituent.
• Total QOM - opens the Quality of Match pop-up for the constituent.

Updating WealthEngine Information for Multiple Constituents

You can upload information for several constituents from netFORUM by completing the following steps:

1. Get a list of constituents either by using the List or the Find feature.
2. From the list of constituents, click the Action Items icon and select Export to WealthEngine.
3. Click the Export to WealthEngine link.

   The Upload to WealthEngine pop-up opens.

4. Click the Upload button to upload the records from the list to WealthEngine.
