Award Sponsor Overview

A Sponsor is an Individual or Organization who agrees to commit money, pay a specific fee, or cover the cost of a specific award in return for recognition.

Sponsor examples include: food and beverage sponsor, banner sponsor, silent auction sponsor

The following functionality is available from the Sponsor group item:

• Find Award Sponsor
• List Award Sponsor
• Query Award Sponsor
• Query Central

To add an Award Sponsor, go to the Award Profile>add sponsor icon.

Sponsorship Workflow

1. Add the Sponsorship Fees. Award Profile>Sponsorship Tab>award sponsor fee child form
2. Sell the Sponsorships. Award Profile>add sponsor icon
