Add Reviewer

Add a Reviewer when you want to assign an existing individual to review certain types of questionnaires.

To add a Reviewer, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>COI>Reviewers.
  2. Click the Add Reviewer group item link.

    Note: You can also click the Add Reviewer hyperlink found directly on the COI Overview page.

    The Add - Questionnaire Reviewer page opens.

  3. Use the table below to complete the following fields:
    Field NameRequired?Description
    Reviewer Required Enter the first few characters of the new reviewer's last name and click the Search icon. A list of individuals matching your search criteria will be displayed. Click the name of the individual you wish to add as a new Reviewer.
    Participation Type Optional Select the Participation Type this reviewer will be responsible for reviewing.
    Participation Code Optional The values in this drop-down menu are populated based on the choice made in the Participation Type drop-down menu. Expand the drop-down menu and select the Participation Code for the questionnaires this reviewer will be responsible for reviewing.
    Assign All Requests? Optional Click this check box to assign all questionnaires that match the selected Participation Type and the Participation Code to this reviewer.

    Note: The participation type and participation code selected for the reviewer will grant the reviewer access to review all Requests of the same participation type and participation code.

  4. Click the Save button.

    Note: After you click the Save button, the form refreshes. To view your newly added Reviewer, you must use the List or Find functionality available in this group item.
