Assignment Profile Child Forms

An Assignment Profile has a range of child forms that record information related to the assignment (such as customers, calls/tasks,related opportunities, etc). Some child forms allow you to add information related to the assignment. For example, the calls/tasks child form allows you to enter details about a call the assignee must make or a task the assignee must do . Other child forms, such as the move history child form, simply pull data from other areas of the site.

Child forms are grouped under the Info tab, which is located under the main information section of the Assignment Profile.

Click a link below for a detailed description the child forms available under the Info tab and the actions you can perform on the child forms. The available child forms on the Assignment Profile page include:

• calls/tasks
• customers
• move history
• related opportunities
• change log

Child Form Icons

Once you click to expand a chosen child form, you can see several child form icons that appear throughout NetForum. Wherever you encounter them, these icons perform the same actions when you click them. Each icon and action is described below:

		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
